Discover and Experience Aravaipa Canyon Wilderness Reserve

With a low limit of people allowed at reservation at a time, this experience will draw you into the heart of the desert wilderness. A Hunting grounds for Mountain Lions, Coyote, Black Bears, Bob Cat and a playground for Deer, Bighorn Sheep, and Peccaries. It is home to more than 300 species of animals, 200 of them are birds

Pre-Requisites and Details

  • Must be able to provide your food needed for expedition.

  • Sleeping bags, Pads, and tents and back packs will be provided as needed, while supplies last.

  • Ability to share a tent if needed with other participants of same biological gender.

  • Must Bring at least 3 lunch/2 Dinners additional snacks recomended.

  • Water filtration will be provided. Must Bring your own water container.

  • A fit and healthy physical condition is recommended as we will be carrying all our own gear and hiking through various types of terrain, and hiking through creeks for up to 10 miles.

  • Any injuries/ mental health /physical health that could impact your experience should be taken into consideration before joining.

  • Transportation to and from will be provided and will provide a meeting point for pick up point.

  • Wildlife is present seen and unseen, respecting their home while trekking is important

  • Leave No Trace practices.

  • Expedition will start on designated day early in the morning with a return time to Rendezvous Point by 5pm on the 3rd day.

  • No refunds for this trip. Commitment is crucial as reservations and logistics are paid in advanced.
