What about food?

Food Details will vary from trip to trip.

Preparation of meals will be part of the group experience, however you are encouraged to bring snacks. ( trail bars, etc.)

Participants will receive a packing list of supplies to bring.

Participants will be required to bring a breakfast option and lunch for everyday of the event.

A meal planning list will be sent out to participants.

Keep in mind ,we will be cooking on an open fire, and will not have access to propane stoves unless otherwise stated.

I’m not of legal age, can I attend?

Althought there are plans to curate experiences for youth and families, current WildTracks Immersions and Expeditions are for participants 18 and older.

I’ve never gone camping before, is this for me?

Yes, this experience is tailored for anyone looking to get an introduction into experiencing camping in the outdoors for the first time or experienced individuals looking to connect deeper.

Experience in the outdoors in Not nescesary.

However if there are any medical concerns or disabilities, please make sure to contact us before signing up.

What about Wild Life? is it safe?

Yes it is safe to go in the outdoors, although our expeditions will take place in remote wilderness areas, we respect and honor all creatures large or small and acknowledge we are in their homes.

That being said, we take preventative measures to keep our participants safe from harm.

Same goes for the Flora and Fauna, we practice Leave no Trace Principles and take measures to minimize our impact and disturbance to the land and animals.

Technology, can I bring my gadgets?

Participants will be allowed to keep their phones with them throughout event but will be asked to keep in airplane mode or turned off and out of sight.

Please keep in mind we are not responsible for any loss or damages to electronics brought into the experience.

Participants are asked to leave any other gadgets at home, unless needed for their personal health and safety.

Transportation

Participants are required to accommodate their own transportation to and from our designated meeting location.

Keep in mind, road access to some locations can vary and some follow dirt roads at times. Details on road conditions will be sent out in email, post sign up to courses.

Other Details and Refunds

Once registered for the class you will be provided with more information, including a packing list, exact location/directions, the weekend schedule, etc.

If the class is sold out and you would like to join the waitlist send an email to wildtrxs@gmail.com and include the name of the course in the subject line.

Full refunds (excluding transaction fees) are available until 30 days prior to the start of the class.
